Butler Sermonde is a minor character appearing at City Hall in Ashbane. He is a rather snobbish man, telling the hero and Vic'eren to shower because they smell of sewer. However, the hero will use shackle-cuffs to restrain Sermonde while the two continue forward, much to Sermonde's chagrin.
