The photo evidence is found in the safe that the Rabbit unlocks using the password "March" on the computer. The photos show him fighting and apparently killing Alice in or near the Hole. In the same room are video surveillance cameras showing Alice's dead body, the hole he was trapped in and various other places in the jail and the game at large.
This prompts the Rabbit to wonder how long they've been watching him.
